Online security is a priority at Roscommon Chocolate Company and all transactions are processed on our site using the highest levels of available online security provided by external transaction processing Companies. Our website operates on a secure server basis and all confidential information is encrypted and protected to make as secure and safe a shopping environmen as possible.

From now on when you place an order on the website, we will collect your contact information in order to process your order, and if and when necessary, we will contact you to clarify or confirm the status of your order. We will NEVER pass on your details to third party companies for sales promotional marketing, or any other purposes. We may email you to inform you about special offers available from the Roscommon Chocolate Company.  Please tick the box if you DO NOT want to avail of this option.

At the Roscommon Chocolate Company we want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you receive and the service we provide, so if there is any issue or problem with your order, please do not hesitate to contact a member of our online sales team at, or by telephone at (353) (0) 9066 65843; subject to clarification and authentication of this problem or issue, we will be happy to use our best endeavours to remedy the situation as soon as possible.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, if you return them to us within 7 days of receiving the same with an explanation then we will be happy, subject to receiving an opportunity to clarify and assess your grievance, to provide a replacement, exchange or refund. Unfortunately we can't refund any delivery charges incurred in either sending the item to you, or your costs in returning the product to us.


Orders are processed on weekdays from 9am to 5:00 pm only. While we make every effort to process orders placed prior to 11am GMT on the same day, during busy seasonal periods, including Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, bank holidays and public holidays your order may not be dispatched for up to 72 hours after you place it.

We are committed to processing your orders as quickly as possible, and will notify you should the need arise of any issues with your order as soon as possible after receiving the order, so that any necessary maters are clarified and you are kept fully informed of how your order is progressing.

There is no minimum or maximum order. Any single product ordered from the Online Boutique is prepared for dispatch and therefore subject to a delivery charge.

If for any reason the product you have purchased is temporarily out of stock, then one of our sales team will contact you as soon as possible to so inform you by email or telephone. In this case you can decide at your option either to substitute the product for another item in our range of equal or greater value, or you can choose whether to cancel your order and to receive a refund.

Roscommon Chocolate Company reserves the absolute right to refuse to supply it's products and services to any individual or company and reserves the right to deny access to the website.
